Measurabl is a fast-paced growth stage startup that provides precision software to help the real estate industry collect, report, and act upon non-financial data as it relates to their sustainability. As we celebrate 5 years in business, we are heavily expanding our San Diego team and looking for motivated people to join us! 

Responsibilities

  • Work with data science and engineering teams to improve reliability and timeliness of data flow

  • Own data expertise and ensure data quality for pipelines

  • Design and implement efficient & intuitive data pipelines for both research and development

  • Implement new systems and tools to enable both internal and external consumers to understand data faster

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Expert knowledge of Python

  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, query authoring, and query optimization

  • Working knowledge Linux and AWS services (e.g. EC2, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, and Data Pipeline)

  • Experience with web services and RESTful APIs

  • Solid computer science fundamentals

  • Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, hard-working, dependable

  • Takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities and is accountable for results

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of Java

  • Experience with big data technologies

  • Experience with data warehousing

  • Experience with front-end charting libraries
